Big meeting room
The equipment
Our large meeting room has about 18 square meters of space and can accommodate 8 people (max.10 if required, cinema setting). It is equipped with all the amenities you need for a professional and productive meeting. A powerful projector ensures the perfect projection of your presentation, in addition the room comes with 1-2 flipcharts, fail-safe high-speed internet and, on request, a whiteboard.
The meeting room in Vienna is characterized by its absolute quiet location and also has direct access to more than 50 square meters of roof terrace. On hot summer days, our quiet air conditioning also ensures a pleasant indoor climate. Our fully equipped tea kitchen and wet rooms can of course be used.
The cost for the meeting room in Vienna
The costs for the large meeting room are 28 € net per hour. Four hours cost 100 € net, a whole day (9 a.m-6 p.m.) comes to 180 € net. Rental is also possible on weekends; please understand that we we ask for an additional reception fee of 50 € net per day. Discounts are possible for seminars, lasting several days or regular weekday rentals. Please send us a request by e-mail.
Catering for your meeting
The price includes coffee, tea, water, fruit basket, all operating costs and final cleaning. We are happy to organise bread rolls or snacks at an extra cost, alternatively the Naschmarkt around the corner offers a wide range of restaurants for all tastes.
Where is the meeting room located in Vienna?
Our large meeting room is located in the heart of Vienna, not far from the vibrant Viennese Naschmarkt, at Stiegengasse 11 and can be reached by public transport with the underground lines U4 (Kettenbrückengasse), U3 (Neubaugasse) and bus 57A (Stiegengasse). There is sufficient parking space next to the underground station Kettenbrückengasse between Linker and Rechter Wienzeile. There is a short-term parking zone from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., parking tickets can be purchased at the ticket machines in the underground.

Coaching room
The equipment
Our cozy coaching room has a surface of about 20 square meters. It is equipped with a lounge corner and a table with 4 chairs. In addition, it comes with a flip chart, a screen and fail-safe high speed internet (wifi). The room can be accessed through the lower terrace or via the anteroom. It is located away from the offices and offers a high level of discretion. There is a window and a big door that leads to the courtyard. The dimmable daylight lamp ensures a bright and friendly environment.
The cost of the coaching room in Vienna
The coaching room costs 22 € net per hour. Four hours cost 80 € net, a full day (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) costs 135 € net. It’s also possible to rent on the weekends, however, we need to charge an additional fee of € 10, – per hour or € 50, – for the day. Small meeting room
Our small meeting room has about 7 square meters of space and offers room for 2-3 people. It is perfectly suited for Skype conversations or conference calls as well as meetings and coachings on a small scale. And of course, it is for all those who just want to withdraw for a few hours to work undisturbed.
It is equipped with a flipchart and failsafe high-speed Internet. Please note that the small meeting room can not be rented by external customers.
NOTE: The small meeting room is NOT suitable for confidential discussions due to its location directly in the office premises.
